Busses may come slowly during peak hours

The bus super long sia I wait like 20 plus minute not even 1 BUS 15 come and already got 2 to 3 of the same bus come and go on the same berth already

Improvements need to be done. Townlink buses should be labelled with east or west EDS' on the bus itself to avoid confusion. (Still not done since posting date) Expand. There are jams frequently because of 358 and 359 buses parking at the side either waiting for the time or next driver. (Still not resolved since posting date) TVs. The televisions showing the arrival timings is often far away from those who are waiting in the line for the bus. I recommend putting a TV in the front section of the line and a TV at the bend section. (Still not done since posting date) Seats. There are seats located at the side but only a few, and they are not in the line. For the long seat in the line, they're very crammed. Thus, more seats should be added. (Still not done since posting date)

Worst interchange in all places in Singapore. Buses get canceled without notification, people are waiting for 15-20mins plus Same bus no is given to two different ways, Why can't change the bus going east to 329E and going west to 329W?? VERY UNFRIENDLY interchange
