750 SGD bill? Terrible value for the price. Shame on us for not asking to clarify what the price was for each recommended add on (that was clearly displayed on their price sheet) and wound up with a 750 SGD BILL FOR TWO PEDICURES AND A GEL MANICURE. Our fault for not clarifying at each step but certainly wont be back ever again, felt taken advantage of. Regarding your response: It would be professional and appropriate to inform your customers the add on charges as you ask. You know what you’ve done and hope you feel good about yourself…

I got my heel cut at this nail salon when Tracy was buffing my heel, it was quite a deep cut and kept bleeding for at least 10 minutes. Not only she excessively forceful, she was clueless and had no idea about sanitization or basic knowledge how to take care of a wound. The store manager Irene witnessed what happened but she didn’t take steps to help! Nail Culture across from Passionate Nails was way better and more professional, I had to go to Passionate Nail because I needed to finish a package there. No wonder Nail Culture was always full and Passionate Nail had no customer. I requested for a full refund but have yet heard from them! When there is a better alternative just across the mall, why would customers want to risk and use the service. This is not the first time, I had another incident where Tracy also cut into my skin when she did my manicure. I thought that was an accident. Even one incident is way too much.

Disappointing for the skill or service for the price. The quality is also not good. On the 3rd day the color falls off. This is a place I would never go back to and would not recommend.

Not impressed with the management and attitude of the salon. Asking 13 year old girls to give 5 star reviews in exchange of free mani vouchers and then when they go back to redeem, forcing them to show the review, rushing the service and ending up in an absolutely poor quality mani where the nail colour falls off after 2 days?! Definitely not a place we will be visiting again.

I had my gel manicure and pedicure done with Irene and Tracy today and it was a very pleasant experience. The ladies are very professional and the space is clean and very relaxing! I will be back!
