A	Alex Puah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good efficient service. Test in the morning and you can collect result in the afternoon or you can ask them to mail the result to you. Less than $20 to do glucose and lipids test.
D	Darshni Karunakaran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service here is very poor. We went at 1.02pm to get a blood test. Apparently it was two minutes into their lunch time. The staff dismissed us without asking what I was there for, saying that it was their lunch time and told us to come at 2pm.

Staff are usually accomodating, went late once at 4:45pm close to closing time, staff still accomodated me and did blood test though last call is at 4:30pm
G	Genevieve Gan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I take bloods elsewhere every once in 2 weeks for the past year because of other conditions, and everyone seemed to draw it well. This is the first time I’m here as I urgently needed a blood test result. The phlebotomist in this clinic struggled so hard and long, and it hurt so bad, my arm seemed to turn purple yet when I told him I couldn’t feel my arm anymore, am hurting and even whined, he ignored me. Other than that, results were out really quickly and the rest of the receptionists were really friendly as well. I wouldn’t recommend to take bloods here though! Mad bruising and broken capillaries (petechiae) all over my arm for the next few days :(

Went there for semen test, there is no proper room or facility for that and they are asking to use their unhygienic & very small restroom to collect the sample. When it took too much time they were getting irritated instead of the patient getting irritated. And one Tamil language speaking lady staff was blabbering like a mad with the customer service lady for the delay. Very very poor & rude customer service and they dont know the basic manners to talk with the customers. Highly disappointed and will never visit again and will not suggest this place to anyone

The person picking up the call was really-really rude, not being empathy at all when I told about my spouse health condition, talked in hasty and no patience. This tallies with other review on bad call. Wonder how the person is in charge of picking up calls...

I would have given it 4 stars if not for the bruising of my blood vessels during blood draw. This happens if the needle is inserted too deeply into the blood vessels, piercing through and damaging the vessels in the process. From the pic, the bruised area is fairly big, roughly the width of a 50 cents coin. The whole process of the blood draw here was very painful. I have my blood drawn in other labs before. Never experienced this level of pain as I experienced at this lab. Other reviewers also shared similar experiences. So read and decide if you want to take a chance with this lab.
