★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pax Ocean Shipyard used to be formerly Drydock World Dubai & was originally Pan United Shipyard. It is a medium sized ship repair yard that formerly built ships too.
Currently owned by Robert Kuok Group the yard..like all Singapore large industries is suffering a labour shortage crunch..due to Covid etc.
Its mainstay & strength are its large well qualified Indian Work force (from South India)& Bangladeshi's.
The yard is a customer friendly yard & its location..has good "fengshui".
Unfortunately yard has to move out soon yo a differnt location as their lease is coming to an end.
Hopefully..the same tradition of quality, customer service & competency will continue.
