I brought my PC to his place and reboot the system. However, the faulty device on my pc caused the system not able to function when I'm home after paid. After Im getting the new device, I contacted him and ask for help, but he Insisted to charge me again. With his unprofessional service after sales, he even blocked me when I refused to pay.
Really disappointed while engaging with him. Please look for alternatiove service if u could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seen many negative reviews about this service, but found that Arthur's service was the most cost efficient for me. Had a hinge problem on my HP Envy13 which has a very unusual hinge design. Sent it to Arthur since he offered the most cost efficient quote amongst all other repair avenues, and although the hinge replaced is not the original HP one for the laptop, it works perfectly! If you are looking for cost effective solutions I believe Arthur's service is worth a try :)
(screws were added on both sides of my laptop to fix the hinge)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helped me with a water damage check and cleaning. Quoted me $49 for the service and $15 for transport. I thought it was a reasonable price but 1.5hrs before delivery he suddenly mentioned that he charges an extra $5 for delivery. I wouldve been fine if he just told me upfront from the start that the total transport cost would be $20 but in the end instead of apologizing he just said that he quoted $15 for transport charge without the s so "its unfortunate that i assumed it is for both trips"... i think my laptop is in working order he just did a cleaning but its just that he wasnt honest with the pricing and kept exclaiming that i ASSUMED that the $15 was for both deliver and pickup. I dont doubt his IT skills, but customer service was poor
