★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prior to this, they used to have a brick and mortar store on Coleman St. The level of service was good and the price was reasonable. Ever since moving to a fully online model, the level of service has dropped. It has been one month since I ordered an item and it has yet to arrive. I wouldn't recommend this store until they fix their order fulfillment and tracking system.

Have order Panasonic orders and made payment through PayPal. But this supplier did not sent the material and he was even not ready to refund the money. He stopped responding when asked for the refund.. thankfully PayPal has the buyer back up policy and PayPal refunded the money when.escalatedthis to PayPal . So be cautious while.dealing with this supplier.
