Rating them ZERO if possible. Went down to their showroom and spoke with FANNIE. She briefly went through with the models and prices. Since we have already removed our toilet doors, we were pretty fast with the process of deciding which doors to take. We were told the glass and colours can be customised, so we thought might as well go ahead with that too. It was almost their closing time and FANNIE was busy with another customer so we were at that time okay to do the downpayment later on. Come time that we needed to do the downpayment, this FANNIE insisted that we have to come down to the shop ONE MORE TIME, but we insisted that we do not have the time as we were tied up with work and we have already utilised our annual leave. After long whatsapp discussion she seemingly mistook my husband for another customer and hurriedly revised her quoted figures to us. After a day or two she just suddenly went from BLUR to being UNINTERESTED with our order and gave excuses trying to avoid processing our downpayment. She even said they dont do this glass with this frame, or this colour with this model and that our customised design WAS WEIRD AND NOT NICE, she said that just to get away with either processing our order or to prevent us from customising. For info, we were just changing colour and glass only while following the model doors. So just to end OUR FRUSTRATION we sought for her colleague Catherine to sort out the arrangements and we immediately made payment full amount before fabrication and installation.

This review is long, so take the time to read if reviews matter to you. My wife and i came to the showroom to enquire when my house just started renovation. This was in Feb 2020, before circuit breaker. We got a quotation for 2 toilet doors, and a sliding door to separate our kitchen and living room. Total quotation was slightly above 5k. Yeap 5k. Why? Because our sliding door is about 4m long with a 2.9m height. We have a high ceiling cause our house is on the ground floor. People might say elsewhere might be cheaper, so please tell us where. Only a handful is cheaper. Others are just as costly or even much higher. What made us decide on engaging them is their slide and swing with the VG giving it a slim look when opened. Another factor is their bottomless track which is a need for us, for personal reasons. So renovation got delayed and all but we still came back in Oct to rediscuss the price. In Feb, we were approached by Fannie who told us "you guys decide and confirm first then see how best i can help with the price" after asking if by any chance we could get them at a lower price. If you're reading this review and other reviews here, yes Fannie might not be the most polite, but she is also not as rude as others say. Yes her sort of unfriendly tone might put you off but then again different people have their own communication skills. You just cannot expect everybody to be the same. And true enough she managed to speak with the manager to let us have the price be 5k flat. To us young couples who is just starting to move out from our parents', EVERY DOLLAR COUNTS. Come installation day, yes as per other reviews, the installation team have to make necessary adjustments to ensure the best fit, so they took quite some time. I did my house renovation with many different contractors and i can safely tell you that a measurement taken on measurement day is only as accurate as the installation day because existence of fabrication team. Halfway through installation i had to go off so they completed it at about 8pm while i was not there. Come next morning i noticed some issues and contacted Fannie, and she engaged a team to rectify it immediately and they came the same afternoon. So Thank You Fannie, and PD Door. I'm doing this review on my own accord but you guys really should try ask your other customers who has good things to say, to take some time to post a review. We are loving our doors!

I was ready to leave a good review for PD Doors because of the good sales service of Pei Yee but what I had to experience on installation day itself has shaken my confidence and the experience has left such a bad aftertaste in my mouth (figuratively) that I feel compelled to share my experience to warn other consumers. Allow me to be specific. Sales service was great and what made me upset was the installers. Sales staff was patient, helpful in giving advice on materials, colours, giving me useful tips on what would be more durable to use & what would be more safe. She also accepted the request of using a lock set from another store. I also appreciate her help in adjusting the installation dates as there are delays in the renovation works in my unit thus I had to shift door installation to a later date. Her service and good work attitude is commendable and I feel indebted to her for all the help she had rendered. Thank you. If Google could allow users to distinguish what the ⭐️ star ratings are for, I would rate PD Doors like this: Sales: Pei Yee 5/5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Installers: 0/5 Quality of product: I cannot fairly rate it now since they have just been installed (KIV) Aesthetics/Variety of materials: 4/5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ (there already have a wide variety but they are not an exception when it comes to having nonetheless a limit to what choices they have in terms of colours and door knob handle designs…after all, SG market is so small so what’s offered is always the “standard” few choices). What soured the experience for me would be the installation day/ installers’ inability /oversight when it comes to following instructions and communicating effectively. I have what’s app receipts reflecting that we have verified (1) The swing of each door to prevent wrong installation and (2) Exact date and time for installation of door, I had expressed that I would like to be physically present to ensure no mishaps. 1. Despite previous communication, door was installed wrongly to swing inwards and create situation whereby toilet bowl cannot even be installed. WARNING ⚠️: Don’t expect the workers to have any good sense/intuition on what should /should not be done. (So was it that the installers did not check the invoice /papers from the office clearly and just assumed where to install?) 2. They agreed to arrive at 11am. I got there slightly before 11am to find that they have already entered my unit & installed the doors in my absence! 3. One of the doors is supposed to come with a lock. It didn’t. I was told the factory “forgot” and they need to fabricate a new one and come down on a separate occasion to replace it.(Invoice can prove that lock was to be fabricated!) 4. They came back on the same day to fix the door that was installed wrongly despite multiple rounds of checking and verifying on how I would like to install that door (I have what’s app receipts to support what I say.)… You would think that they could redeem themselves but NO!!! My nightmare continued….there was this time lapse of 5mins when I had to attend to another set of installers doing my main gate… when I went back to PD doors installers working on my toilet door… Lo & behold they installed the door wrongly again! This is the result of the workers NOT CHECKING with me and assuming they know what I wanted. (In actual fact, I believe how I wanted it to be installed, on inside/outside of door frame was also previously communicated.) 5. I called PD doors to report & complaint about how their mistake created unnecessary holes in my wall and damage to a freshly plastered wall and requested that they make good. The worker on site adamantly refused to do it citing that my ID would do it. But I had deal that directly with PD DOORS directly and did not engage them through my ID although he did communicate with the sales Rep to confirm my colour preferences. I think it’s bad form / attitude of them to push away their responsibility when they are guilty of making the mistake in the 1st place. Long story short: it’s best to be physically present for the installation.

Katherine of PD Door was very responsive when I contacted her for the quote and site measurements. However, after I confirmed the order and paid the FULL AMOUNT(a condition of their invoice), their service levels changed drastically. I arranged for them to install the doors today. They didn’t contact me to confirm the timing. When I texted Katherine at 1030am this morning, she said the installers will arrive between 5-630pm. At 530pm, I asked her where her installers are. She said they will reach before 630pm. I told her at 553pm to please have her workers come earlier as my neighbours are sensitive about noise. At 630pm, there were still no sight of her workers. I gave her 7 calls and she didn’t pick it up. I also texted her to tell her to please rearrange for another day as noisy works should be carried out before 6pm. She didn’t reply or return my calls. I sent the same messages to her colleague Ying who arranged for the site measurements. I also called Ying 3 times and she didn’t pick up. Just as my boyfriend was leaving my house at 640pm, the worker arrived and we had to explain to him that the drilling works cannot take place since it’s late already. Neither Katherine nor Ying conveyed my messages to him. He was very polite and didn’t proceed with the works. It’s now 705pm and both Katherine and Ying have not replied to any of my messages or returned my calls. It is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I already paid the full amount so I cannot back out now. Proceed with caution if you are thinking of engaging them.

Door Quality is quite good. However Installation poor quality and complete lack of effort. Door installed unlevel and at same time broke two tiles and said nothing. Just tried to conceal with silicon. It appears the installation technician doesnt know what packers and spacers are when installing the door to get it level. Update - PD have sent someone out to rectify the door in reasonable timeframe. After a few visits have resolved a solution to conceal the broken tiles. The customer service team have been good in trying to resolve the matter.

a very unfortunate event, that I have been speaking with their sales for couple months to conclude the sale since the house have completed hacking, but PD Door management decided to make a "One Day" notice to all potential customers that price will be increased the next day, there wasn't even any ample time to quickly make a decision on the design and structure of the procurement process with the ID and PD. not a great way to run business and their sales folk attending to me couldn't even bother to honour the client's time and extend the price for at least 3 days to make a decision. I have moved to purchase from their competition which is more service oriented and definitely knows how to do business.

a. wrong address on website. need to walk about 1 to 2 mins. but they r flexible about this, allowing elderly person to pass by their building to reach sales office. b. knowledgeable and patience sales stuff c. but the scheduler for the timing is quite bad as i had to follow up a few times for the exact timing. d. kinda understand the complains over here on door installation. the technician earns by per installation and normally to earn more money, they would install it quickly. my own estimation is that they may work till 10pm or even later when the orders are good. for my case, it was a 1 man show. but the technician is very experienced. and even clean up nicely after installation. 2 mths using it, i am still happy with the door installed. i guess it depends on where u stay and whom the technician is. i gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars as the whole process is not perfect, there are still room for improvement.

Absolutely poor experience with them. Zero after sales service. Consumers please make purchase with them at your own risk. Toilet sliding doors installed in May 21. Sliding doors brushed against each other with sound as such mentioned this issue to them. They made arrangements for adjustments 3 times, didn't resolve the issue. Subsequently they mentioned that they'll look further into it and give us an update again. As of writing, there's no solution yet. Lack of efficiency and timely follow up is appalling. They do not call customers to give an update, rather they wait for customers to call in and the response is always 'we are still following up with the other party'. No estimated deadline we can get from them as to when this issue will be resolved as well. I had issues with them for my master room sliding doors as well (long story so I will skip it but this experience is even worse). If you wish to purchase with them, please hope that there are no issues after installation - if not do not expect much from them for after sales service. PS: Did not even want to award them even a single star but to post this I need to minimally select 1 star ?
