Once you pay your deposit to him, you will never be able to take it back. He will calculate every cent of wear tear cost on you!!! As to the condo?! Worst of the worst!!! It’s totally waste of money for living in this building. Security guy mostly are not on duty. People stay in #08-03 normally holding a midnight party every week! I called police more than third times for that noisy pollution!! Barely no facilities. Private lift running out of work all the time. The building cut corners, there is no sound insulation at all, and the Indians of #08-03 are engaged in late-night parties, and the night is really not as good as death. The woy tan commented below is a black-hearted intermediary, with various deductions. He is currently seeking to rent 07-03, please consider carefully!

R	Rose Kim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably one of the worst condos in Cairnhill: 1) everything breaks all the time - private lift, car park lift, gym facilities, Swimming pool that is not maintained regularly 2) guard is NOT on duty most of the times 3) guard has the master key who allows landlord to barge into tenant’s unit without any notice (is this even allowed????)

For example during our stay pool was not usable for 3 months, then the private lift got broken for over a month, after that the treadmill broke, and then the car parking lift. So you can imagine how frustrating living here can be. 2.Not having a proper management, whenever I called the so-called manager to report the issues, he was not at his duty. 3.Pool is too deep. The depth is 1.5m which in other condos it is 1.2 m 4.It is a bit far from the closest public transport, and being on top of the hill makes it even more difficult to walk in the humid weather of Singapore.

Situated on a small hilltop, it is almost equal distance to Newton MRT (Interchange Station on North-South Line and Downtown Line), Orchard MRT (North-South Line) and Somerset MRT (North-South Line) Still equipped with a swimming pool, gym, function room etc. If you drive, the parking is brought downwards vertically via mechanised elevator, need to make arrangements with the MCST.
