I went there in the morning and asked them if I can get an exchange of nib since the it is too thick (mine is EF but it is like M). I bought this pen last week. As all know, Pelikan nibs the actual size vary although it is same nib size. What I heard from a lady sales person was that they will have to send it to Germany to check the item and this will take 3-4months to be replaced. Better not expect they give you 1-for-1 exchange immediately. According to them, the reason why is that some people purchase from ebay and bring the defective pens to them. And they do not want to bear the cost. I purchased from local(online) and bring it to this service centre because I expected faster resolve. If they don't want to give a warranty to those ebay buyer, they can claim local warranty card. I don't think it make sense that I have to wait for 3-4months for an exchange. And there's no guarantee they will give me a nib without any problem. If you purchase Pelikan product in Singapore, you will have to be very careful before purchase. Must dip test it. And don't bring it to this service centre. Better claim your issue with a dealer if they have spare nibs. 3-4months waiting time otherwise. Really disappointed to Pelikan Singapore service.
