Both technicians Herman & Zaman were very zealous. They share a lot of information on booklice (which was what happened to my ceilings), general bugs and clothe moths with me. They were helpful and friendly. While waiting for the fumigation, they were kind enough to share aftercare tips and showed me pictures of different kinds of pests and preventive measures as well. All enquires were replied promptly by Fadil (manager) through what’s app and this help tremendously especially when I’m under stress dealing with this issue. It was a very pleasant experience with them & I can’t stress enough how helpful it is to have them deal with pest quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended & comes with 1 month warranty. Had a cockroach infestation problem in my flat as I stay on the 3rd floor. I went to RFQ from many pest companies and pentapest was 20% lower than the rest but I decided to give it a try. Honestly, before they came, I was pessimistic that they wont do a good job and just anyhow spray cause they quote so much cheaper. But when they came, I was proven wrong. The 2 staff were professional and they did many things to sweep out all the cockroaches. They know exactly where the cockroaches are hiding and after they sprayed, about 50 adult cockroaches and more than 200baby cockroaches came out into the open and died instantly. Since that day, for 2 months already and the cockroach problems is totally gone!!! No sign of any at all already. Today they came to do the follow up bimonthly treatment and check. When they sprayed into the usual places and cracks, not a single cockroach appeared!! I believe it is totally gone! Very good service and 100% effective. I signed a 12 month contract with them and they will come every 2 mths

Extremely disappointed with the bad customer service & unreliability of this Company. I decided to engage them after reading positive reviews. I was told to pay $120 nett for inspection & if there's termites, I specified through WhatsApp that I will go for $180 package which includes 1 inspection & 1 treatment. After receiving a copy of the service report, I return the company miss call & I told the contractor I will do a internet banking of $120 nett since there's no termites found as stated in the report but the contractor insist I pay $180 as he claimed that according my WhatsApp, I wanted the $180 package. I told him that I only wanted the $180 package if treatment is needed according to what is stated in my WhatsApp. After arguing over the phone for sometime, then he finally gave in. When I remitted the money to him, not a word of "thanks" was given.

Got a pest problem in bedroom. Since unsure if termites or bedbugs, took some pics. Google for information & came across Pentapest (which received consistent good reviews). Trying my luck, i WhatsApp Pentapest for advice. In <1hr, reply came with assurance that the pest is not what i thought! Instead it's booklice. Besides impressed by the speed to a normal enquiry, what amazes me was i was not even required to make an appointment before Customer Service told me what pest it is. Such level of high service is rare nowadays, in my opinion. Such positive attributes gave me confidence to engage this Company. I immediately made appointment & 2 Specialists came to attend to my unit next day. Both were helpful & professional. Activities were safely & neatly carried out. Advice was also given on how to prevent such pest. Based on the safety equipment used & the confidence in carrying out their work, I see the Company had invested well in her staff! Thank you again!

Sulaiman was amazing. Came on short notice for me, especially when I had returned from a long time of not being in my flat. Added baits, flushed completely and was very reassuring. Came back a few days after to add in more protection and better control. He was amazing, will definitely use regularly to flush out my flat.

sulaiman was very professional in his replies and clarifications as to how the treatments were going to be carried out. when i texted him again to tell him that i was still experiencing rashes from the dust mites, he even brought forward the day of follow up for me. the price is also affordable. his team also took time to explain the procedures and how to prevent further infestations. most of all i appreciated that they very prompt and clear in communications. thank you!

Rosli was responsive and able to advice us accordingly on the treatment that were needed for our infestation on the phone. Fadhil and Zul were very detailed in their work and were transparent with every step and action they took while doing the treatment. They even started their "inspection" before the schedule timing.
