Very Professional Consulting Firm with very cooperative employees.

Had a bad experience with this agency indirectly. The consultant, George Guo, is not very professional in dealing with rejection when my friend is not keen in the job that he was trying to share. Replied in the text stating "Fine. You are my boss :)" Called in to their office at 10am and spoken to the manager. The manager was understanding I'm glad. But we haven't gotten any response for George via text or call regarding this issue (Now 11.30am). Seems like customer bad experience is not their first priority. Recruitment is all about people. Mr George Guo from PeopleBank, Singapore  has done a fantastic job with helping me secure my current role in a TOP MNC that too in Covid-19 situation and help me informed every step on the way. Maricris was my agent 3 years ago. She was responsible and wasable to match me with an organisation in a contract roles. Fortunately while working during my contract I was offered and converted to perm staff after 12 months contract. Highly recommended agency. Extremely efficient and helpful employees in the agency:-)

Worst agency ever! My consultant was Maricris - she is so manipulative and confusing. She oversimplified the job advertisement and everytime I pointed something out to her, she said she will get back but never did. They are so misleading. They were supposed to help me apply for my EP and advertised the role for me for 28 days. I was in constant touch with them throughout this period and they told me everything is in place. After 28 days, they just cut me off and stopped replying to my calls. Should not play with people's feelings and time. I will never recommend this agency to anyone.

I had an extremely pleasant experience with my recruiter, Hannah Ariffin. She has been supporting me with interview preparation tips, a lot of emotional support (she even wished me good luck while on leave!) and would promptly reply to the many queries I have.
