I love how my eyebrow embroidery turned out! At first, I was quite hesitant to try them since they were giving a huge discount compared to other salons but was too happy about the outcome. My beautician is Lily and I really like how meticulous and dedicated she worked. I would recommend Lily and this salon!

Just went for the touch-up of my 6D eyebrow embroidery by Anna who is fantastic. During the first session, as I wanted straighter brows, she patiently explained how she drew based on my face shape and distance of the brow to the eye. Her skills are good and the embroidery itself was quite painless. The results are great! For the touch-up, after checking with me she applied a darker shade so that the colour can last longer. My purchase comes with a free eyelash perm which looked really nice and natural. Anna cleaned the reclining chair before I sit down each time. She even used a tissue to cover my mask during the session. It’s good to book the first session in the morning as they get quite busy later on. I’ve done eyebrow embroidery at a few salons, and recommend Perfect Brow House!

I was lucky to have been attended to by Coco, she was not pushy, very professional and did a really great job with my eyebrows.

My wife did her basic brow embroidery yesterday and said: Basic brow embroidery price was attractive and good brow job by Coco who carefully rendered a detailed brow service. However, I have qualms about my photos taken without first getting my permission. I was surprised too that photos of others (full faced) were freely shown to me for reference. Polite requests were made for my photos to be deleted from her phone (thinking they were taken for my own reference only, to see the before and after) but were refused without negotiation. Photos are considered personal data and surely customers have the rights to request for them to be deleted. In the first place, permission of customers must first be acquired. Customer's preference for privacy should be respected and taken into consideration. Otherwise, it could have been a good place to go if not for this shortfall.

I recommend Perfect Brow House ? I had my eyebrow embroidery today and I am so satisfied how it was done. They will ask you many times if the shape is okay with you. Li Li is the one who did my eyebrows and she's very detailed although she doesn't speak English, she ask the receptionist to translate what she wants to say. I also tell the receptionist in turn. Thank you so much! Will come back for my touch up ?

I'm so in love with my new eyebrows! I had previous embroidery which is very ugly shape and color and I thought they unable to cover it up. Instead they gave me a perfect eyebrows shape and beautiful color! I can't stop looking at it! Thanks to Coco! She did a wonderful job! Thanks to all! You guys are the best ?? I feel more confident now!

I must say that among the few Brow Embroidery houses I've did over the past decades, this is definitely the best. They do not hard-sell you, they do not have hidden fees. And Anna, the one who did my brows, I could really feel that she put in her best, to perfection. Very professional unlike the others Brow houses I've went before. Very satisfied with her experience, skills and professionalism. And last but not least, the customer service is good too. Keep it up!
