★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Downgrading from 5 stars to 2. Facing problems with the BMW connected services. Server response is getting very bad. No updates to the app on vehicle condition and location. Sending instructions (i.e. lock door, flash headlight, etc) show no response or very slow response from the server. Such telematics services were part of the paid package but I am not able to utilise it's functions. Makes me very disappointed that such service level is coming from an extremely reputable car maker. :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did my servicing 2 months ago. So, I wasn't expecting the warning on windshield washer fluid. Apparently, they didn't check what was stated to be checked. The refill is not costly but it is just annoying.

Did a full diagnosis of my car and determined that a new battery was needed. All in all a very pleasant experience. My car was ready by evening. Thank you Nicky for your patience and all the assistance rendered, Truly appreciate it

If not for her focused attentiveness I would have gone home and had to come back again.
