★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did lash lift with my friend on Friday - service and environment was good but the end result was bad (same thing happened with my friend). Lashes was clearly uneven for both eyes and the lashes for my left eye did not held up at all. Whatsapp-ed the place regarding this matter - they offered to redo my lashes but I was unfortunately down with COVID-19 and they rejected to redo it as they mentioned that they can only fix the lashes within 3 days.
UPDATED: Another CS contacted us and mentioned that they will be able to make a special extension due to the unforeseen circumstances. Kudos to their customer service!

Therapist is professional and puts in the effort to patiently understand the exact kind of lash you want. Efficient service and not to mention the place makes you feel cosy and comfortable like the place is your own, definitely revisit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did the lash lift here and overall experience was really good!! The ambience was so good and comfortable I fell asleep like 5 minutes into the session. Most importantly, lashes did not feel sticky/clumpy after it is done. Would come here for lash lift again :)
