Perpenticular Pte Ltd is probably the most unethical car dealers I have known. If you are shopping for cars, this is one car dealer you want to avoid.

Avoid at any cost. Ken is the most unethical salesman i have met. Total disregard to delivery and pathetic communication. Dont say you have not been warned.

Hi Ken, Owe u this report for close to 3 months already, as promised here it goes: Was looking for a new car on sgcarmart amongst all the PIs and found that Kenjie cars was offering the car that i liked at the cheapest price. Looked up his address and found that it was near my place, checked again and found that it was a residential address aka SOHO setup, no wonder can cut cost and offer so good price for the car. Why not give it a try i asked myself. Nothing to lose, whatsapped Ken and he replied after awhile, he was in the midst of helping his parents-in-law move house he told me so he couldn't respond that fast. Not a problem with me, asked him to check for me the status of C200 and when the stock will arrive, he was very prompt, updating me whenever he had information as there is a time lag between singapore and his europe supplier. Was told that the C200 that i was interested in was not able to come in time (i've sold off my current ride) and would have to wait for 5-6 months. Ken counter-offered me a diesel E200 saying that it would arrive in like latest 2 months, i was hesistant as i didn't like diesel for it doesn't have good horsepower, but Ken dangled before me such a good deal that i got hooked and decided to get the E200d. Throughout the time, Ken would regularly update me on the status of my car, even teased me when the car keys arrived first by sending me photos of my car keys! He was prompt in responding to my many queries such as quoting for insurance and letting me track myself the status of my car in the ship. Such a wonderful experience, going through the highs and lows of customs taking a long time to process the paper work to Ken and myself installing my dashcam when the car arrived in his storage, to letting me test drive my car whenever he is free, to being on a cliffhanger on whether we would be able to get the COE. Finally on delivery day, had a nice photo taken of myself and Ken and my new car with his handwritten company name on my number plate holder(my idea, so that people can look for him when they see my car on the road) All the best! Bought my car from Ken 6 mths ago. Very honest and reliable dealer. Car is priced very reasonably. Recommended for car buyers who aren’t bother to have a fancy showroom to view the drive. Ken is very helpful from the start and Non pushy dealer .Two thumb up!???? Strongly recommended.
