Perromart - 132 Joo Seng Rd

We love buying from Perromart. The bundle for Kitcat litter is our usual purchase and we have recently tried out Nama bonito flakes, exclusive to Perro, and the the boys love it.

I have ordered from perromart for more than a year now, their fulfillment time is getting longer and longer. The delivery man just left the 3 boxes of almost 1000 dollar worth of cat food outside my house at night, right next to the rubbish bin, it would have be collected as rubbish if my helper didn't see it early in the morning. Leaving outside my gate is not the same as leaving those boxes right next to the dumpster. I have what's app and emailed the company and no one has replied me. This will be the last time I will be ordering from perromart. Absolutely unacceptable and disappointing.

Although their prices are always cheaper than other pet supplies stores, their fulfillment times are long despite the promise of 3 business days. Most of the time orders take 1 week or more to arrive. Would only recommend if you do not need the item in a hurry.
