We have purchased two Apple Products from your store in KL in past year and both have failed within a week. I-Phone 6 in a week and were told we had to wait a week for the product to go through apple service as they would not give us a replacement. Employee stated the ones from Vietnam have this problem?? Now we bought an expensive Apple Macbook yesterday from the Sunway Mall Location!. Brought ot home amd turned on and got wifi hardware uninstalled error message. Immediately!!! Brought it back to the store and they would not replace it with new unit. Said we have to deal with Apple! I contacted Harvey Norman Corporate in Australia who stated the unit should of been replaced! Now we are told we have to wait a week to determine if it can be fixed??? What is going on? This is completely unacceptable. You do not make the comsumer deal witn faulty product issues. I have never heard of sucn a thing. I will remove this review and the one one against the store location if she is given a new machine immediately! She has contacted customer service and they are emailing the IT director. We want to continue to do business witn Harvey Norman Please make this right!
