β β β β β Bought a 10kg pack of Royal Canin online for delivery and found maggots in it. Very irresponsible of you to shift the blame to the manufacturer and not do a refund. A retailer has a responsibility to sell goods in usable condition too. Check with CASE, otherwise I will. Will share with the 2000plus dog owners group about your poor after-sales service.

β β β β β Was an avid supporter of the business, but recently had a horrible experience with their after-sales support.
Opened the home delivery (6 March), which were packs of wet food for my dog, and noticed a strong odour. Found that a whole punnet of dog treats had an insect infestation and a putrid smell.
Contacted the hotline immediately and was asked to send an email with photographic evidence, which was done shortly afterwards (with the attached photographs). After a few days of back and forth, I was happy to hear that they would exchange these items (on 10 March). However, I was also asked to bring these items (which were clearly rotten and had a horrible infestation) back in order to process an exchange. I tried to hop on a live call with them, but no assistance was given. No help would be given via their live chat either.
No further compensation was discussed and I am left in the dark.
Utterly disappointed.
