Lack of communication among employees who tells you constantly different information about the same topic, which leads to misguidance for the model.
Confusing emails written by interns who can’t even speak English, giving misleading information.
They were probably good in the past, but not anymore. Very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently, I had enquired about their packages for a photoshoot in a Yaacht. However, I got a reply saying we do not cater for such services.
It is so strange on how they concluded on any services even without making a phone call. Really horrible customer service and CX. The project was for a young photographer to make his portfolio. I just don't understand how could agencies treat their customers blindly even before taking up an enquiry properly.
