★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never approach phenomenon group for any advertising business especially app, marketing or web design. My tea company had very bad experiences with the Jess Chen the founder. He has poor project management skill, deficient in web design, working by himself yet declared he has big team behind. If you do not believe me, you can pay them a visit at their bogus company address 28 Maxwell road 03-30 (registered in google) and bogus shanghai company, they have no office number. To date, they have de-registered their company and register using another name.
