Call for service dept. Called answered in the Phillipines. Refused to allow me to speak to tech staff. Asking lots of information about the product( infra red light) but couldnt offer solutions. Lady who answered my call cut off my line as she couldnt help. Bad and irresponsible service attitude.Will not buy another Philipps product.

Great customer service, prompt responses and courteous staff. Had my vaccum cleaner repaired (under warranty), takes them less than a week. Clean place as well.

Purchased a set of Hue LED strip about two years ago, and the light suddenly went dead one day. i suspected the power supply was faulty and called up the help desk to inquire if the service center could help to test whether the power supply is defective. To my surprise, the operator told me they do not provide any service support after the product is out of warranty, which means i need to dispose off the entire assembly just because of suspected power supply failure! it is a waste of material and money. Come on, i can pay for a new power supply if that's the cause... not asking me to throw away the entire assembly! This will be the last time i'll be using the Hue products!

I received a $25 β€œSwitch & Save - Use LED” voucher from NEA and tried to use it before it’s expired. I went to Philips Light Lab this morning and was attended by a gentleman (didn’t get his name), he was very kind, polite and patient by explaining as well as demonstrating the different types of bulbs to me! Thank you for your optimum service! *kudos* I would like to express bug thanks to Rina @ the cashier too, you’re such a helpful and sincere lady, appreciate your kindness a lot! Your guys really made my day! <3 Keep it up with your excellent services!

If walk from tao payoh take about 11 mins. Using digital ticketing for queue number. So need mobile phone. Send my robotic vacuum cleaner for services, was talk told take 5-7working days. And will inform me via sms.

This place is extremely unprofessional. I made an appointment on their website at 1:30pm and when I reached, there was no one in the showroom. Apparently they went for lunch break and will only be back at 14:30. What I cannot understand is the customer service attendant was questioning the legitimacy of my appointment and ask me to send proof of my appointment instead of helping me contact the staff. Why would they allow customers to make a booking if they going for lunch break? Extremely disappointing having used Philips products for a long time.

Very nice place for showroom. And there is consumer care also just beside the lighting showroom. Very comfy and lots of space and Phillips goods to explore.
