I have already paid for cost of a plastic bag in my first purchase n bec I missed out buying the paper cake boxes, I needed to swap my plastic bag to a bigger one so that all my purchases can be kept together. The girl at counter told me cannot swap bec the price of the plastic bags are charge by sizes?? Really lousy experience

However, today I had an especially good service by a lady staff (a middle-aged Chinese lady, sorry didn't get her name) who showed me exactly where to get my stuff and even recommended useful alternatives. The young male at the cashier counter also told me to change one defected tray when I was about to pay for my goods. He also reminded me that if there's a possibility that I might need an exchange, I should not use the points for this payment. I am very happy with my purchase and service from this Toa Payoh Lor 1 outlet.
