★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor in handling orders and delivery very much delay. I had placed order on 11th Sept 21 and informed several times that I need it by 24th Sept 21 for proposal preparation. Photojaanic promised that it will arrive on 23-24th Sept. However, its 25th Sept and my order never arrived. It has ruined the proposal preparation. REGRETTED using Photojaanic at first place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ alt this is my 3 rd time now buying. i will not ever buy ever again. lousy product 3rd time and worst is the after sales service. no revert even after WA and sending emails to their customer service. after repeated chasing. revert saying will check. in this time and age of customer service. really not professional and the lagging in responsiveness is no good at all. do NOT recommend

No explanation given...
Mounting frustration and no answers.
If you want a professional service outfit to entrust your precious family photos, please think twice before using them.
Dear Photojanic,
19 Apr - I emailed to request urgent confirmation of delivery date, the reply was that you would deliver on 27 or 28 Apr
28 Apr - 10 days later nothing arrived.
28 Apr - I had to email to check what was going on. You replied 30 Apr or 2 May is the new delivery date (You even PROMISED there would be NO further delay)
2 May - The 2 dates all elapsed and NOTHING ARRIVED! 2 May - I had to check again what was going on. You gave no explanation and said it would be delivered by 3 May
3 May - YET AGAIN, NOTHING ARRIVED in the mail.

I came across the Photojaanic website while browsing different options for a photo album service online that wasn't going to break the bank. I am so glad I took a leap of faith and ordered through Photojaanic. I was nervous but the book is high quality and feels expensive not as expensive as other websites I looked at.
