I've visited a lot of other physios over the past few years, but none have been as effective as Beatrice! I've been seeing her regularly mostly for back pain (poor posture coupled with lifting and martial arts) but also any nagging pain and injuries that popped up. She always takes the time to assess my injuries/pain points thoroughly and explain the root cause to me in layman terms. She then uses dry needling, sports massage, or postural adjustments to address the pain points. This girl really knows her stuff! I have never come across a physio or related healthcare professional (been seeing chiros for 6 years for a chronic neck issue) who is so specific, accurate and targeted in her diagnosis and treatment. The spine specialist/ mainstream doctors told me there was nothing they could do for me and just sent me off to Pilates. Couldn’t tell me the specifics of what was going on with my muscles and nerves in relation to the “spine degeneration” as they called it broadly, which was far from helpful… Have also tried physio a few times (both public and private) and they were disappointing — they don’t seem to know how to diagnose or treat a problem with this level of understanding of how the body works. Beatrice was able to tell me exactly what was wrong and what was happening in my muscles and skeleton ( a first time for me!), and was able to approach the treatment from not just a skeletal and nerve POV (chiro), but also muscular and functional. She took the time to analyse the way I walk and stand, as well as my bone structure and very specific muscles. Post bowling activity, I was having severe back pain in such a level that I was not able to sit, bend down and sleep in flat position. The Pain was so intense that I did not respond to the pain killers at all. I consulted with Beatrice for this issue and was treated by her. In two sessions , I was back normal and was able to do my work as usual . Beatrice is very experienced and has execellent knowledge and skills in the field of physiotherapy. She is best in giving immediate results and pain relief . She understands our issue very well and goes to the core of the problem and release the pain. This allows us to stay away from pain killers. She also teaches required stretch and exercises needed to be done to prevent the recurrence of the problem. Every time I consult Beatrice , I get into the session with lot of pain and come out of the session with “No pain”. Thank you Beatrice for all your help. Beatrice is friendly , kind and maintains a high level of professionalism . She is the best physiotherapist so far I know . Have been going for my regular sessions for scoliosis on my neck. I did not had great range of movement on my neck before and Beatrice was able to help me gain back my range of movement. It is still a journey for me for my neck, but my experience with her has been great. She is a very down to earth and nice lady. Don't be afraid to book a consultation session with her!

Tried the needling session with immediate result! Was having pretty bad pain my wrist and lasted 2 weeks. The physiotherapist professionally and accurately diagnosed it as triangular fibrocartilage complex (TFCC). Impressed by the skill and friendly therapist! The center also very nicely designed and easily accessible from Little India MRT.
