Called before going down. Guy said shop is open can come see the maxi cosi car seats. When I got down, no one is attending to customers in the shop. I got one staff over and he just doesn’t know anything about the many car seats displayed there. He said he told me the shop is open for me to look on my own. Kept the information from me that there is no promoter at all. Which customer wants to come down to touch the car seats only? Of course it is to be explained to the difference and to find a suitable one right? He then Said the promoter was at the taka baby fair. I rushed to taka right after visiting the shop only to know the baby fair had closed days earlier. Extremely poor customer service. Wife is pregnant and they have been extremely unhelpful. I would rather pay more for better service. Haven’t got all day to waste

Was at Mummys Market Expo. Both human and vehicle traffic were crazy. Darren was patient and most helpful with the Ultimate and Care Bundle (6-pc) set. Really appreciate that he went the extra mile to pack the items on trolley readily to load into our car.
