★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The makeup artist Emma was very professional and skillful. But if you include the makeover, do make sure the package you are purchasing includes HD photos, or else the effort and expense is kind of wasted since it won't be captured fully.

Customer service, Wendy : From my 1st call to after sales service, Wendy has been very prompt n helpful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very busy outlet as most people are here to take their property/insurance agent and passport photos. Efficient workers, photographer was very quick in his job. Wished I was given alittle more pose options. My session lasted all of 4 mins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ do not buy their $80 corporate makeover package! Was the makeup artist trained by an undertaker?
1) the makeup was like embalming a dead. Just have your natural look. You would not waste $ and time.
2) photographer was just going through motion, clicking away, did not bother to adjust for the client, just said smile, big smile, you decide. How was I suppose to decide when there was no mirror and he just kept taking shots. I don't take such photos daily, mind you.
3) The team: photos were not to what I like and comments were made by different team members:
1) this is the best of this lot, I would choose this too...
2) you look photogenic, this is good
You will just feel they were just talking their position, trying to get you to accept whatever was taken and leave!
I emailed them and they did not even bother to reply. Disappointed.
The 1-star is for ignoring customer enquiries after the sales is done.
