Do not use these people! They messed up an order on $3,000+ of framing and were completely unapologetic. Blamed me for their mistake and made no attempt to rectify the problem. Ended up blatantly lying to me.

Not even for a simple passport photo. they charge $15/4pc and you can get more reliable service across the street at Bras Basah for $12/6pc. Their photos are blur and rejected by ICA. I went back and only wanted an apology (because i que for 2 hours in ICA and HAVE TO RETAKE MY PHOTO) they are not one bit apologetic and refused to even say sorry. treated me with horrendous attitude, showed me the original digital photos arent blur and said they have done nothing wrong. EVEN WHEN I SHOWED THEM the edge of my face on the photos are BLUR! Better take your photos at Bras basah basement for cheaper and better service My comments to owner's reply: 1) I called ICA officer and connected the call on loudspeaker with your presence. ICA Officer mentioned it is not a SOP to issue document for rejected photo.You heard it and dont pretend you didnt. 2) DO NOT twist the story. I did not insist on full refund. i demanded an apology (which you rudely refused) instead of reprint of refund, as i have clearly told you, i do not really care bout the refund, i told you that if you say just a sorry and i will forget the incident. You refused to do so . You retained my photo without my consent and and invited public to view it. It is a serious breach of PDPA. I will screenshot this and report this to PDPC. this is not a threat. this is me telling you my next action. 3) 4) Not only you are STILL not ONE BIT apologetic , You disclosed my personal information, twisted the story and accused me for asking for refund without reason (reason given, i kept telling you photo rejected by ICA because of printout's contrast. Not about the source image, please learn to comprehend) and give fake information. Your attitude in this review are solid proof that you treat customers with extremely bad attitude. Do learn to own your mistake and learn about customer service. P/S: my last reply to owner: Picture was blur because of printout contrast, unsure if you are acting blur or really does not have the intelligence to comprehend a simple sentence. Regardless, i rest my case. You are simply too stubborn to admit your mistake so i wouldn't bother to expect an apology from you anymore. Also, learn to own your mistake and learn about customer service. When customers give you a review, you calling it defame, fake comment, and publish their personal info (even phone number for the user below, that is absurd!) Not only this is childish, but it is also a serious breach of PDPA. I already reported you to PDPC.

Excellent work on framing a certificate and a print for me over recent years; good quality frames and great to have the "no-glare" glass option. Recommended! I will definitely use again.

They give professional advice and are very friendly and patient in finding out what we really need. Did my passport photo twice with them both well taken and to regulation standards. Not only do I get a high resolution digital copy for online submissions and am able to use them for photo print. I used the images for a couple of online applications till date.
