★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lacks a proper cargo lifts. Also lacks designated area for smoking, resulting in people smoking in the staircases despite the no-smoking signs. In some cases smoke can be smelt from the lift lobbies.
What’s good is that there are 4 lifts spread throughout the building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The male toilet at the canteen level is one of the filthiest one I ever see in my life. The food are not spectacular. The vegetarian food is reasonably priced. No ATM machine. Amenities is really lousy. If you have a physical disability, this is not a disability friendly place.
