Everything is collected and sent back to you. How convenient! Will continue to use this service. I’m a loyal customer! :)

We included our telephone numbers so the pick-up guy could reach us ones he arrived. It was a no show and irritatingly enough the pick-up was cancelled by piing. Piing doesn't answer the phone when you call them and they don’t respond to email. There is no way of communicating with the person picking up the laundry either. In all a very untrustworthy service! You’re better of with bringing the laundry to one of the many laundry services in town. Most of them will even bring the laundry to your hotel when its finished.

Offers me a hassle free experience. Pricing wise quite similar to other providers - so the convenience offers a good incentive to use them!

I am glad that I have found Piing! as they are very responsive, provide after office hours collection and delivery, professional & quality laundry service and all of these at reasonable pricing. It’s so convenient because it has all the items I want - including traditional clothes like Saree and indian costumes. It’s very hassle free as the pick up and delivery is right at my door step. Price is also reasonable! And , there are many time slots to choose from and you can ensure which one fits you best. I always opt for the dry cleaning option and the quality is great!

With just a few click, you can view prices, services available and time slots easily. Piing offers doorstep pick up and drop off how convenient! This time I have used their service for curtain dry clean and the driver was punctual too! He had even called me before arriving my Unit! Awesome service! Keep it up guys! If you are in Singapore and need laundry services or dry clean of curtains before end of tenancy/move out then Piing is the way to go and you won’t be let down. The Piing app even keeps me posted on the progress of cleaning. I’ll definitely use them again and would highly recommend it to others.
