★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the other “less crowded” hokkien mee stall at Redhill market. It’s a little more damp compared to the corner stall and the chilli is more sambal type. Can’t decide which one I like better. Both are equally delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fried hokkien prawn mee (炒福建虾面) has a lot more thick bee hoon relative to yellow noodles. Perhaps it was the end of the day and the stall was closing and ours was the last order for the day. Packing back also affects the experience. Nothing beats eating there hot off the stove with its wok hei. The chilli is really great and very spicy.
