★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the past, vehicles can only turn right at the traffic junction for access to blocks 808A, 808B, etc. Now that there is a round-about set up for direct access to these blocks before the traffic junction and this eased the congestion out of Ping Yi Greens at the traffic junction; especially during peak hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Aunt lives here and it is one of the newest block of flatd in the Chai Chee area. Around this block there are ample space for one to do some light exercise. There is also a playground for the kids and its quite big too. That is one of the highlights of this area. Hope you find this useful.
