Theres 1 brand of perfume always hv an issue of the fragrance for many yrs n i hv been feedback for many many times especially before i bought.
Staff from other outlet can let me do the exchange wen the smell is difference n tis Clementi outlet sometimes can sometimes cannot and why?
I told the Sales staff now i spray out if difference smell i will immediately change to another 1 and i already purchase not i dnt purchase caused all tis due to ur Supplier issue not me?
Even when i do the exchange in the other outlet the staff there also try n spray out and let me do the exchange immediately and now why not?
I have been supporting you guys more than 14 years and i knew the service is bad at Clementi i still went back today and bought it at 825pm.
Please look into this and i wont be visiting you and supporting you guys
