Discovered it via Fave, and signed on a package. Helen, the owner, is very pleasant and dedicated, the environment and tools are clean, great range of nail colors, and totally not pushy at all.

Helen was nice. Genuine care and advised on maintenance of lash without being pushy any products. She does recommends services and add-ons but stops when you decline. Will definitely return for the good service.

Ladies were not friendly when we first entered. I used the fave voucher and got gel for my hands and classic for my feet. My feet they told me that they were not going to put a colour as I was were shoes which were reasonable, but then they told me that I couldn't use the removal session which is included in the voucher as it was approaching Chinese New Year. Subsequently the lady advised that I use her Vitamin E gel base coat which she mentioned would make the gel manicure last up to 3 months and this cost another $10 which I was happy to pay for if it benefited my nails. However, it has been just over a week and my nails not chipped within the first week, but two of the gel coatings have come right off with the others chipping away. You can tell that the layers were not done properly and it was not sealed at the top of the nail and hence the layers are peeling off at the tip of the nail. Would not recommend going to this place.

EYELASH EXTENSION SERVICE- The ladies’ attitude changed upon finding out I was coming in to the store with fave. Was being told that the voucher that I bought to try was not ‘enough’ and I ‘would regret’ if I ‘didn’t listen to them’ to upgrade. Very pushy in their sales to top up another $40, and felt like I would get sub-standard lashes done if I were not to agree. Went on with their suggestion and after I was done, ladies did not ask for my permission if they could take my photos and started even putting some feathers on my forehead as decoration. Experience as a whole is really bad. Package that I bought came with return touch up and when I called back, ladies said that I called back too late even though it was within the time frame for touch up. They even said that they were ‘fully booked’ and ‘wouldnt give their fave customers the weekends’. I felt this whole thing was a scam. The older lady whom was the lash artist, even scream into the phone and told me she had no solution for me unless I TOP UP MORE MONEY FOR HER TO TOUCH UP 10 STRANDS. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL THAT IS??? SHE EVEN TOLD ME TO COMPLAIN TO FAVE AND SHE WOULDNT CARE. VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I have been to a few lash salons via fave and THIS IS THE WORST ONE EVER. NOT ONLY WERE THEY PUSHY WITH THEIR SALES THEY ALSO WONT BOTHER ABOUT YOU IF YOU WERE NOT INTERESTED TO TOP UP OR BUY THEIR PACKAGE BEYOND THE FAVE VOUCHER.

The lady who served me was friendly and was not pushy abt taking up their packages which was great! I used fave coupon for classic mani and pedi. Service was great but skills were not that great though. My nails were not filed nicely and now they are in uneven length. Some nails are slanted and not nicely rounded as per my request. Classic manicure is chipping off after 2 days. And nails are not well painted at the tips.

Poor customer service and skills. They overlooked the appointment booked prior to their renovation. No apologies. Went back there for the revisit and GOSH if all nail salons are built that way; I would rather do my nails myself. 1. Extremely poor customer service experience - You skewed up, you apologise. Period. Customer need to come back another day because of them forgetting the appointment and push the blame to the "system". Ironically, they claimed 3 other customers were affected like us as well. But why do you appeared so shocked if we are not the only ones affected? And there is simply no customer service recovery extended. 2. Subpar skills and standards - Poor cuticles cleaning, lengths filed are uneven, doesn't even clean the underneath of the nails. I am shocked why are there even still customers going to them? 3. Poor communication - Yes, I have kept quiet all the time on the revisit because I am simply not happy how they just deny responsibilities on system failure. That's fine. But the way how they mock customers is UNACCEPTABLE. Manicurist: So the only way to make you laugh is buffing your feet! Hahahaha.....that's easy! Your face was so black and no smile! So you think it's funny? I find it funny too when the manicurist despite the standing position when we checked out was back facing her and she can continue to go on to talk about packages and how bad my "non-existing" nail fungal (was before but it healed with medication) were and how professional they are. You don't call yourself professional; that's giving a high hat on yourself. Shameless. If you're the boss who did my nails, you are not a fit to be in the service industry. Since you don't treat your customers as your friend, don't expect the same in return.

Did a gel mani & classic pedi on one evening last month. Initially, I had a pleasant time as the 2 ladies who ran the show were friendly. It was great that I had their undivided attention - 1 of them did my mani and the other did my pedi. I was utilising a fave coupon and they are pushy with the adds on (top coat, nail strengthener, etc). I gave in and did all 3 top ups that totalled to about $18. Despite reminding me not to be late (prior to my appt) as they have to attend to the next customer right after me, they still allowed a walk-in customer for mani. At this point, my mani was not completed yet but the next customer was not in. The walk in customer was disputing on some cashback for a previous service a and I noticed that the manicurist’s focus shifted. She hurriedly finished mine and this resulted in the sides not neatly done and there was a dimple on two of it. And despite topping up so much and being super careful with my pedi, it still smudged -_-. TLDR: service is friendly, average skills, pushy, don’t bother with the top ups.

1) Booked appointment for 2 at 4:30pm quoting fave. Got reminded multiple times to be on time as they only have 2 people working and can’t delay other. Walked in at 4:25pm to find they just accepted a walk-in customer and they could only do 1 of us. So I had to wait 1 hour for the other lady to finish….poor poor customer service 2) Person did the whole mani/pedi so fast. Wasn’t the best but didn’t complain for the price. Less the 1 day and it’s started chipping. Never had this issue before Overall, not the best experience made worse by poor workmanship.
