No news again after the delivery. Had to call them again. Still waiting for an update for my order to be fulfilled. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: they rectified by honoring the discount price and delivered the items to me. As a gesture of goodwill, they also gave a pack of wet wipes.
Bought on Lazada. They had no stocks. Took them more than 3 weeks to cancel order. Horrible. Patients waiting for pharmaceutical products and they can’t even be kind enough to inform early that there’s no stock. Super unresponsive. Even lied that Ninjavan has picked up the goods for delivery when there was nothing! See photos for evidence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the rare places where you can find adult diapers in bulk. The prices are okay but not exactly cheap.
Used to deliver swiftly (within a few days), but the deliver speed has drastically dropped. Still have not received my most recent order from more than one week ago.
Always not very good communication. They do not issue invoice unless requested, only email confirmation. I cannot get in touch with them for my latest order via WhatsApp or their hotline. Probably have gone for holidays without any notification, leaving me to solve my supply for diapers myself.

Their products prices are reasonable.

Previously had to text several times to find out delivery date & found that seller removed some items from my orders. Medical & milk products were delivered in crumpled re-used plastic bag that didn't have Pinkpharm logo. I wrote 2x for proper invoice for 14 days but no reply.

Thanks to Pink Pharm for supplying the necessary materials required for patients who required those items which can be easily find in the website.
