He was careful in asking about our needs, preferred neighbourhood and was quick to deliver with scheduling of homes to visit. Hence, we were able to find a suitable home within our preferred timeline. Importantly, he negotiated well with the sellers who were asking for a high price; so engaging him was a worthwhile investment for us as newly weds-to-be.

They are punctual, objective, not pushy, professional in their conduct and respectful towards all parties involved in the negotiation process.
I appreciate that Sumitro really has the client's interests at heart and will not clinch a deal for the sake of it. Instead, he provides an objective assessment of the properties and provides value added services in the form of related financial advice.
Soft skills such as foresight and ability to sense the client's needs and unspoken concerns are not inherent in every person, but Sumitro and Linda definitely possess the intuition of what people look for in a home.
