Pearlin and Jeanne were super responsive throughout our journey of designing and renovating our BTO. It was during covid times, but they made sure everything stayed on schedule or at least made sure we were kept informed of any changes. They regularly dropped in to check on the contractors, and work that was done. They were patient with us when it came to making decisions of the designs, tiles, flooring, carpentry, etc. They also physically brought us to chose the designs of the materials used. Nothing was impossible for them to do, especially when we made special or strange requests for our home.

I had a major overhaul at my 5-room HDB unit recently and impressed with the professionalism that has been demonstrated by the Pith Interior. I would especially like to call out Hazek Quek, the project manager, who has tirelessly provided good and pragmatic advice from end-to-end by proposing feasible alternatives while adhere to my budget. Given the constraint in manpower during the COVID-19 period, it is a tall order to keep the renovation work progressing as planned, clearly demonstrating the project management ability of Hazel. Hazel has diligently provided updates proactively, these have given me comfort that all things are going smoothly so that I can plan my moving in date with ease. What also impressed me was after the completion of the renovation, Hazel, on her initiative, coordinated with workers to do final touchups even after the unit was handover to me. I have a good experience with all the entire renovation. I would highly recommend Pith Interior to anyone who wants a quality renovation, stay within the budget and completion in the promised timeline.

This was my first time renovating a flat and before that I have spoken to many Interior Design companies about my preferences and concerns. However, IDs from Pith Interior had put me at ease by listening and understand my concerns (budget, duration of renovation, etc) from the beginning. They would provide their expert opinion and also update me on the renovation progress. Throughout my engagement with them, I find them to be professional, responsive, and understanding. Engaged the firm for the renovation of our 20 year old flat. Both of them were very responsive to our requests and professional in handling some last minute changes and rectifications. They worked on tight deadlines but there was no compromise to the quality of the work. We are very happy with how the final look and feel turn out to be. Both IDs provided practical design solutions, as well as color and theme. They both have attention to details and modifications / additions were made even a few months after we moved back.
