Late delivery. I waited so long. Do better.

*ONLINE DELIVERY* Saw Advertisements on Bus Stops for 50% off Pizza & take note 30mins delivery (they even advertise it on their delivery package) 1. LATE DELIVERY Ordered at: 1:51pm Estimated order arrival: 2:51pm (Advertised was 30mins, this estimated time is already “late”) Order arrived: 3:07pm - No Apology from female delivery driver 2. BURNT PIZZA 1 Large Burnt Pepperoni & 1 Large Super Supreme Pizza The pepperoni was burnt so no one touched it. But my bro ate some of the super supreme because it looked better & we havn’t ate lunch yet. 3. Contacted customer support via pizzahut app. The Female i talked to was very kind & patient. Apologized for the mistake & relayed the info to the Bukit Batok Branch. Bukit Batok Branch called, told them the story. Guy was really impatient, when I was clarifying my options. At first they said they will compensate, & replace. Then because we already ate the super supreme, they cld only replace the pepperoni. So i asked for a refund, & clarifying for a full refund. The guy who called me then said “okok nvm, will just replace your pizza” & hung up the phone before me even saying anything. I think that is just rude. Now the pizzas are just laying on the table, no one wants to eat it. I don’t think this is the kind of customer service I expected from PizzaHut.

I went into the Pizza Hut @ Le Quest today. There were some kitchen staff working but no cashier at the counter. I waited for 1min and the kitchen staff did not bother to aclnowledge me as well. Perplexed, i just walked out...

Ordered the Christmas special after seeing the tv ad. The real thing is disappointing. Although we all know advertisements are often overstatement, this is too far off. The size is not even round and the toppings are much less than advertised. Tried another outlet in west coast outlet just to double confirm. Same same.

Was very shock to find Pizza Garlic Bread has mold. Dare not buy any more from this branch as worry the pizza crust also has mold growing it . Wrote a feedback to pizza hut requesting them to investigate & feed back but no reply at all. Been eating Pizzahut for more than 38 years, 1st time encounter such an issue which is health hazard & extremely dangerous to consume moldy food.

Referring to the photo below, don't know how it could be sold to customer. Promised refund also never happen.

Placed an order via Pizza Hut app, but order was sent to my neighbour's instead (was not Pizza Hut's fault as delivery was made by Food Panda). When i called the Pizza Hut hotline to complain, the manager of this branch, Yang, called me back within 3 mins and swiftly sent me a new order. She also texted me via whatsapp with pictures of my order which to me, is really a kind gesture. Even the rider texted me when the order was arriving. Would really like to thank the whole crew working at this branch. I have been a loyal Pizza Hut customer but never have i been more satisfied! Kudos to Yang, the rider, and the whole crew! 5-star service ?????
