★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the Christmas special after seeing the tv ad. The real thing is disappointing. Although we all know advertisements are often overstatement, this is too far off. The size is not even round and the toppings are much less than advertised. Tried another outlet in bukit batok just to double confirm. Same same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very small location. The store is meant as a delivery outpost more than a sit-in restaurant. However, if you do decide to take-away a pizza from the front counter like I did, it is a pleasant experience. The cashier is friendly and helpful and your pizza is done in 10 minutes. Pizza is not bad either!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Pizza Hut branch at West Coast Drive is more for takeaways or self-collection as it does not have dining facility. The staff there are friendly and very helpful, especially the branch manager. Since I stay in Clementi, I will always walk over the expressway to collect my orders. The food there is as good as what you get at any Pizza Hut restaurant, not to mention their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a pepperoni and a chicken 7+1 and they were the best version of pizza hut I've had in a decade! We got delivery and received the pizza piping hot ? both pizzas were clearly made with passion for creating a delicious pizza pie for the Customer. There was a generous amount of toppings of all kinds and a nice thick layer of cheese, that formed a cheese string whenever you took another slice. Thank you to whoever made this pizza and got it to us so fresh on 8 August!

ordered 2 large veg pizza at 7:15 pm, showed delivery after an hr but got delivered at 9:15
It arrived cold, full soggy and not even baked properly, infact its not at all baked in between
It seems we are eating half bake dough
Had to throw more than half quantity
Pathetic quality pathetic service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just to rip off and to cheat the customers. Aglio olio portion is small, and consist of just pasta with 4 very small prawn rings. This definitely doesn't cost 13 dollars, and it is cooked right way in other restaurants. Not recommended, and right cooked portion of food was not delivered after calling support

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed with their pizza. I couldn't believe they could get their pizza taste this bad. To whoever reads this review, don't ever order a chicken curry pizza. Horrible horrible. Their vegetarian pizza was bad too. The pizza base was equally bad. Forget the pizza, their fries was super dry, under salted, under flavored. Why pizza hut why? Please don't go anywhere around here, find another place. Run, run, run
