★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took the plunge to engage thru carousell. Goes by the id directfactory999. Used s11 compound for balcony exposed to outdoor environment . Should have noticed the poor quality and plaster was popping out after rain. Need to ask them to take down and put cement instead. Now after less than a year, ceiling plaster also came out. Did a poor job. No response now too. Would never engage thru carousel again for Reno works. My bad. Was really friendly during work engagement though. But my walls are not smooth, really regret and leant my lesson.
