PLAYe @ Bedok Mall - 311 New Upper Changi Rd

The games store is nice, but there's like a small space to go through that you need inhale your stomach in order to pass through if you want to search for games inside the store. But, there are countless of games in different platforms like PS4, PS5, Nintendo, etc.

Went to get some booster packs. Uncle at the counter was more occupied with unpacking Assassin's creed valhalla. Had 1 or 2 customer in the shop at that time. When i told him the booster pack i wanted, his attitude shows as though he had better things to do than attend to a customer. His attitude was impatient and i had to repeat which boosters i wanted and the quantity. So yeah, settling some games is more important than attending to a customer. If there was a lot of customers, i would understand as it could be busy. But there was only a few customers and his attitude is as though he have a lot of customers to attend to. Because of his behaviour, decided to buy lesser quantity than i wanted.

The shop really defines what is the service excellence. Eugene and other staff there know about the products well(games across different consoles) and are always patient to explain our inquiries. The shop has a good variety of game, and when it runs out of a game, they will help dispatch from other Play-e shops. We can also do the pre-order for the games that are not out yet, and they will SMS us when the games arrive. Their price might not be the cheapest in the market, but considering the professional service, friendliness and efficiency, the shop definitely delivers excellent customer experiences.

My experience with them was great. Came here to buy a PS4 game as I was bored out of my mind due to the tightened restrictions. The employees were nice and the cashier was careful when packing my game. A+ service!

The pokemon cards they sold me are genuine.tgey were at at a reasonable price and they were cheap and good too.

i preordered a game at the online store and had placed a pick-up option at bedok mall. days past after the release, it was still not available for pick-up. i proceeded to email the online store's email about my preorder. the reply was super quick and apparently they forgot to notify me that it has arrived at the bedok mall ready to pickup. i was fine with that UNTIL i came into the store between 3.30pm - 4pm on 22 nov 2021 and i was served by a rude sales staff. he gave me a very unwelcoming look and judging by his tone he was not willing to serve me with my preorder item. not only that, he had forgotten about the preorder bonus that comes with the game, didn't apologise and just slammed it on the table. i was confused and shocked at this sales staff's behaviour. i've been a loyal customer to this store specifically ever since i've gotten my first nintendo 3ds and had amazing service ever since. but this experience today made me feel so disappointed and perhaps might be my last purchase at bedok mall store
