To the management of Saffronfoods & Consultants Pte Ltd, I would like to bring to your attention of the utterly poor services rendered to my guest on 20th March 2021. Let me start off with the pre-event engagement in regards to my ROM. I would like to commerate your sales staff Jey Subramaniam on the commerable commitment and professional service offered to us. In contrary to the above mentioned, the damages done due to the incompetency of your part-time staff hired as well as the operations team In-Charges' are in question, which I believe you would claim as compentent. As the paying host and the couple in question, it was brought to our attention during as well as after the event that major flaws questionable to the operations, in which I would further elaborate in detail below. You might take this as an intangible feedback/complaint, but the content in which I am going to lay is way beyond that. With basis to 'Plume ballroom' Facebook page reviews, we are rest assured to the fact that what we have faced an re-occuring issue due to the incompetency of staff you deem capable of upholding the prestige and excellence of your organisation. During the event, the operations manager who doubled up as the bartender was not present throughout our event as we had guests walking up to the bar counter table setup to serve themselves their own cocktails. Next, I had ordered pre-cut cake to serve to my guests in order to reduce the time on slicing the cake. With that said, my VIP tables was not served cake. Only after I (groom) questioned the waiter on why cake to the VIP table was not served, it was served. Next, the portion of food served to each table was utterly pathetic. Each table of five pax received a pathetic serving of food which was only suffice for three pax. When guests requested for additional serving of rice to be served, the incompetent waiters you hired had shun them down and insisted that the serving was enough. No action was taken by your managers to ensure of my guests well-being. This to me as your client is totally disappointing and not acceptable. Having placed the trust in your management and crew, this was never the service I expected to be rendered. After the event, my family physically saw your service crew throwing away a tub of rice as well as other dishes which could have been served or else packed. This comes to say that 1) your service staff is undertrained to plate food and have no respect for food and we were not informed of this. 2) the amount that I have paid for this event either is highly overrated or as the public have commented is a total waste of money. These are just a few to list. The list of disappointments we faced and had to answer to our guests are truly degrading. Never had we expected your operations team to have performed so poorly. This comes to say that I would not disagree whereby there were situations in which I would commerate them for their professionalism, ie; during champagne pouring. With utmost gratitude, I require an official explanation and reply from the management of Saffronfoods & Consultants Pte Ltd to address the issues and disappointments faced and had to answer on your behalf to my valuable guests. food was insufficient. it was so embarrassing for the couple. Food service was slow and some guests had no food at all. A wedding day was ruined. Everyone is making do with the current covid situation with limited guests and space. Everything small detail matters and everything was ruined. Please don’t get fooled. Save yourself from this atrocity and do not host your wedding there. The event coordinators did not help much and just told me that there was no more food and no more top up. I’m honestly confused how the chef could portion and say that it was sufficient. Terrible service ! Terrible experience. We are really scarred and traumatised.

It's a great place to hold functions and there is great views too.

There is no parking here. You will need to park across the restaurant and cross over. It is an easy enough walk in terms of effort required. The restaurant is a nice place for a small scale event. Food wasn’t particularly good though. I wouldn’t recommend holding a wedding or a registering of marriage (ROM) here. As a location, it is really very inconvenient for guests if they don’t drive. Even for drivers, parking across the street is mildly annoying cos you can’t easily rush back to your car to take things in an emergency and there will be multiple of those during events. However, if majority of your guests take public transport, this place should be your last option. Service staff were nice, attentive and polite though.

It was a fabulous event on Saturday, 03 Oct 2020 at Plume! Our family and friends thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful setting, delicious food and the great service that you and your team provided. We received the glowing feedback from our guests and we couldn't be happier. To Ruby - we can't thank you enough for your hard work and a job well done before and on the event day itself. I was very impressed of how the ceremony went smoothly. As for Juliana, we love the simple yet beautiful and creative last minute touched-up exclusive dais and that small extra handful Creative due to the group of people from Berita Harian guests that suddenly turned up on that day. You guys did a fantastic job throughout the ceremony. Our guests really had a great time and enjoyed the intimate and joyous occasion. Thank you again for your outstanding efforts for that wonderful moments as we celebrated our special day with families and friends. It was a truly memorable weekend for all of us. Keep up the good good work guys and have a great week!

Very good service from Ruby . Lovely views . And quite an opulent interior. Wonderful venue for a formal wedding or atas birthday party

A good function hall but not easily accessible unless you own a vehicle. Either get a Taxi or order Grab to the location. The “nearest” MRT is not that near. And no direct bus to get there from most residential estates. Future organisers , as much as you want us to be part of your joyous occasion , please spare a thought for your guests in choosing event location.

We had Plume to make history for my beloved daughter's wedding on 30 Jan 2021. Despite Covid Phase 2, with some of the itinerary changed, the event were well organized and services were prompt. Our guest were very happy with the sumptuous foods served and for the vendors on the help that the team render when required. The team accede to accommodate our last minutes request in handling out the scones to all the table after the cake cutting. The couple were extremely happy and glad to share their history made with Plume.
