There is also responsive support via Whatsapp, which is also great.

Flexible and helpful service and as described. Mail that they received were scanned and emailed to me faithfully; and items were rescanned or forwarded promptly as I requested. The best thing is that Markus and team are just plain reliable and responsive which is exactly what is needed. There were no surprises Charging was very reasonable and logical which was a great plus.
