★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I approached Pointers based on recommendations from two friends who had positive experience. Jing Yi has always been very helpful and prompt. It was my first time engaging a helper so I had many questions, yet she was patient and took time to help me understand. It wasn't easy at that time due to the ever-changing Covid rules. In terms of selection of helpers, they had a very good variety as compared to the other agencies I approached. They also helped to brief my helper so that I have less to manage when she arrived. Everything was seamless and best of all, I got to know my current helper whom I am very pleased with! I wld definitely recommend their services! Thank you Pointers, thank you Jing Yi!
