I just received a beautiful granite table from Polybuilding. Called in Nov and spoke to Aaron koh - who was helpful and responsive right from the start. We liaised over WhatsApp and although the granite slab only arrived in end Nov, he did all he can with his team to deliver my table before Christmas (I was told production time usually takes 14 days at least) The table is beautiful, and Aaron kindly accommodated my request to have rounded edges for the safety of my children. The corners were beautifully rounded, and the rest of my table also had a smoothened non sharp edge. My 1+ year old son has bumped his head against the table several times but just laughed it off (I don't think he had much pain with it). Thank you Aaron and Polybuilding. The delivery team was so great, very experienced in handling the heavy 2.2m table.

Excellent service by experienced staff like Ms Maisie. Their website has detailed pictures of their collections and the showroom is great too. We loved their granite and looks great in our new kitchen. Go for it!

I would like to share how amazed we are with the outcome and looks of the quartz the team has recommended to us. Specially want to thank the sales consultant Ivan for his patient and excellent service from the first meeting to arranging appointment for site measurement; and installation of the quartz for my kitchen countertop. Ivan was very responsive and polite, and never failed to clarify any doubts I had. Polybuilding is a highly recommended place to get your quality and beautiful stones for your home or office. The service provided by Connie and the polybuilding team was excellent when I bought tiles, marble, granite and quartz for the renovation of my apartment. They were friendly and impressed with detailed knowledge of the products, and always gave me practical advice after understanding my family’s lifestyle. When it comes to execution that’s when their experience really shone: they anticipated project hiccups and dealt with those smoothly and importantly, they were not a team that blames others but instead looks for solutions. Above all, the pricing is good value in light of the extra service they provide. I will use them again for sure.

Would like to take the opportunity to express my thanks & appreciation to Maisie from the sales team at Polybuilding. Maisie has been extremely helpful in providing my wife & I with the relevant info and advice during our 2 visits to Polybuilding to understand more about Laminam. She continued to avail herself via WhatsApp & phone calls in between and after those visits ? These interactions really helped to clear our doubts. Although we are homeowners with no experience, we had visited all countertop suppliers in Singapore and knew that only Polybuilding had the slabs we were looking for. I needed to liaise with someone prompt as I had to coordinate with quite a few other subcontractors and could not afford to waste time. Got in touch with Ivan, who quickly linked me up with Sharon as he had his hands full with other projects. Sharon was an absolute joy to work with as I did not have to follow up with her at all, which is rare in the countertop industry. We could only try to piece the ideas we had in the form of word documents and rough sketches, yet Sharon was able to understand and seamlessly coordinated with us directly, ensuring all our strict and detailed requirements were met to perfection. It takes a true professional who is passionate about beautiful countertops to understand what we were going for, as we didn't go for something commonly found in Singapore. The installation team helmed by Eric was also extremely professional and precise in measurements, making 0 mistakes and being extremely careful with our premium countertops. We just stood by smiling quietly while they carried out their works, not needing to say anything as they obviously knew what they were doing. All in all, fantastic results and we can't stop strolling over to see and feel our countertops. Extremely happy with the superb service from Polybuilding!! First of all, read a lot of good reviews on google and on fb Reno group, and went down to their showroom in Tuas to see all the gorgeous stones they had! Follow up service by Ivan was impeccable, he was always quick to get back to me, is very trustworthy, and patient with my questions! Sharon was also great in answering all my questions and following up on appointments. Measuring of my countertop was by Stevenson who was so knowledgeable and even instructed my contractors on the exact measurements to prepare the cabinetry to get the best outlook for my countertop! Installation with Eric was also a breeze and the countertop is flawless with no cracks and no chipping. Overall, super pleased and would highly recommend them to everyone!
