I've been a customer for more than 20+ years. They have improved the online presence, increased the range and at the same time, offer some of the best prices to beat. And also contribute to animal charities in Singapore. Their customer service is hard to beat, and always reasonable for returns and refunds. Do check them out for your pets' needs.

I am a regular customer of your home delivery services for the past 5 years and would like to compliment all of your home delivery personnel that have made deliveries to our home over the years. Rain or shine they are on time , professional, always with a smile, courteous and polite. The pandemic has meant that in the past 1.5 years , our household has relied heavily on online orders and therefore home delivery services from many providers. One glaring fact that we noticed is that no courier service has consistently provided great service the way Polypet has done. This becomes all the more impressive when you consider that our orders are a month's supply of canned food for 3 cats and always includes a bag of 30L paper litter and 2 bags of tofu litter AND we live on the 3rd floor of a walk-up apartment! Your staff have NEVER once complained about the effort involved in carrying all our purchases up so many flights of stairs. I would also like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the great customer care service provided by your administrative team. They have always been quick to reply to my queries and have always accommodated my request for delivery before a certain time. While there are many other pet food delivery companies in Singapore, we continue to return to Polypet month after month because of the excellent service provided by your amazing staff. Kudos! Amazed by their service. I bought 7L of charcoal litter but my senior cat does not like it. I did a feedback and Polypet happily initiated to exchange the unused litter with a new order. Now my cat is happy and my problem is solved. Will continue to patronize Polypet in view of their service and support. In a recent incident, my niece took away the balance litter for her newly adopted kittens. This resulted in my senior cat with no litter for her toiletries. I called polypet for help n they immediately arrange for urgent delivery at no additional charges. I am very thankful To Polypet n her team of support staff. Polypet will always be my sole supplier of pets product and will recommend them to my friends. Thank you.

Called their hotline displayed on google for 10mins. No answer. Arrived at store 5mins later to see staff laughing and chatting and having their snacks. Service was barely there but prices and quality of products is good.

Just came on 28.4.2022. Horrible salesman. Agitated on his phone. Using vulgarities word on his phone. After 10mins i approached him and ask him about royal canin. Raise voice and tell me of which one u want? Asked him, can i see the sample. He brought us in and poking and pointing on the sample. How cheap i will never come back. No thank u.

Have been shopping here - with my dog - for the past 5 years after I moved nearby. An extremely well-stocked (literally floor to ceiling), neighborhood pet supplies store with products competitively priced, giving PLC a run for its money! :) And because they carry such extensive range of products, it can be a challenge shopping at its premises, especially on Saturdays, as well as the eve and post-public holidays. The shop gets crowded and feels squeezy easily due to the narrow aisles. But there are many staff available to help if you encounter issues while shopping for your furkiddos. The ladies at the check-out counter are extremely friendly, experienced and knowledgeable. Polypet has recently revamped its online web store, improving on its user-interface. Hence, instead of making your way down to the shop, you can order online and have your purchases delivered! They also have regular promos and bundle deals online! Love how we can just walk in with our pets and grab what we need/want!

Very well stock! Most of the staff are very polite and helpful, except for 1 who look arrogant and not that helpful. The boss himself is such a helpful and knowledgeable man too! Kudos to him for being down to earth! Have been getting all necessity from this shop since many years ago!

Many stuffs available, 1 or 2 helpful and friendly staffs. The rest quite rude and not helping at all. Shouting at us that they closes soon. But not to other incoming customers.. selectively target us. Else good experience and keep up the good work.
