I came here after reading the positive reviews online but was quite taken aback that it seems to be the total opposite. Upon entering the shop, I encountered this young gentleman who came me a blank stare. Not very welcoming but no worries. I’ll just take a look at the racquets which is my main purpose anyway. As per standard with other shops , almost 90% of the racquets had no price tags on them. So I asked the young gentleman again if I can refer the price to any list in the shop and he again gave me a blank stare. So I repeated my question and he said:”not really, mostly no price. You can ask me” I think if he was a bit more receptive and seem willing to talk, I would have asked. But I was made to feel quite unwelcomed. I think when you run a service business, at least be a bit friendly and welcoming. Not sure if I’m unlucky. The google reviews for this shop seem to indicate friendly good service. I received the opposite. I went elsewhere to buy my racquet

I'm was thinking between the yonex arcsaber 11 pro and the astrox 99 pro, but I'm not sure which to choose. However, the staff and owner of POM are extremely pleasant and patient in sharing some of their experience on each of the rackets to assist me in deciding which racket to purchase. I ended up purchasing Astrox 99 Pro and am really pleased with my purchase.

asked to buy the string and wanted to string somewhere else and the owner said not enough stock when the wall hanging the string had alot of bg 80

Went there for a restringing job, price is pretty good for a neighborhood shop. It's convenient, with a large parking lot just behind the shop. Took 2 days for restring which I feel is good. Place is fully air conditioning equipped, have some accessories for you to buy if required. Wrapping of the handle of the racket is also decent. Nothing to complain about
