★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really love the food and have been buying several times since it opened a branch at 505 Ang Mo Kio.
Unfortunately, there was once I had to order a few different dishes and the Chinese women attending to me gave a very fed up look. I didn't take bother since the food was to my liking.
It only triggered me to give this review when I was shouted across the street for taking the wrong pack of food as it was for another order. I felt sorry and informed that I had added sauce into it and again this Chinese women replied YEAH and blamed me for taking the wrong pack in mandarin.
It's very upsetting to be treated as a paying customer. Business is not just about delivering good food but basic customer service is vital!

Charged 20cents for the container. Shocked to see a small box of food. The rectangular container is smaller than usual. When I asked for the miso soup as stated in picture when order, I was told takeaway orders don't have! What logic? Charge me 20 cents for a small container witg the rice and hotplare combined together without cabbage but short-changed me of the soup! Attitude of the China lady was real bad! First and last!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid $5.50 for a chicken hotplate set. The chicken was tender and taste was acceptable. Portion was sufficient. Service was a bit slow as only 1 lady was cooking and the other lady was either taking or distributing orders. While waiting, there were several grab/foodpanda delivery guys came to collect their orders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ China ladies manning the stall is very nice, poor them that they seem overworked. Food portions are okay, they usually give me a bit more rice in my takeaway tins, and it seems like they always have a long queue of online orders waiting, so do expect some wait time during meal times. Good food, been eating for the past 2 years during Covid.
