This outlet is basic, but especially conveniently located. It has most of what you'll need, from cash withdrawal/deposit to passbook update and chewue dropping. They used to have teller-counter services, but have recently pulled out. So it's fully automated now.

Note: this POSB is mostly an air conditioned ATM cluster, but out of view at the back there is a video chat bank teller machine. This machine is Singapore’s first automated bank teller machine and lets you video chat and speak to a live teller from 8:30am - 00:00am, as well as perform the other functions 24/7. Incredibly convenient operation hours especially for people in an emergency. This machine lets your get a card on the spot, check the balance, reset PIN, receive a token immediately and activate it, and update particulars (especially mobile number). The machine is equipped with a passport scanner, video camera and sound, signature scanner, thumbprint and vein scanner. You can identify yourself using these bits of technology and of course a live teller will verify your identity with security questions. This machine is in a private enclosed booth so you can interact with the teller in privacy. I managed to receive a token on the spot and get it activated immediately on a Sunday evening. No queues required. I highly recommend this bit of technology and the excellent service I received from Nisa.
