If Google allows this review to be posted with zero star rating I would have done so. Bad personal experience. Booked an appointment with them on 17 Dec 2021 for a window trim de-chrome and door handles wrap. Upon collecting, realised that my door handles were not fully wrapped but de-chrome instead. I had specifically informed what i wanted to be done when i booked the appointment through whatsapp. Not sure why this information was not relayed properly. Now i have door handles that is black at the top part and original paintwork at the front and sides. To add to my horror, staff told me that the driver side rear door paintwork had peeled when they remove the excess wrap from the window trim. When asked how this could have happened, he blamed it on the poor quality of my paintwork. I find the explanation ironic as the other three doors were fine. When asked how this can be settled, he said that they can get a workshop to do for me but I have to bear the cost. Seriously??. I didn’t want to converse further, made my payment and left. Sent my car for respray at my own personal cost and was informed by the workshop that there was a long cut on my paintwork beneath the window trim. ( Unfortunately, unable to upload the video ) Probable reason why the paint peeled when the excess wrap was removed.
