Her nails my ears and didn't even say sorry although I had to scream out 'ouch' in pain ..I went to the branch at tampines street 21..

kept combing my hair so hard my scalp was painful
asked for curtain bangs and ahe literally chopped my hair off, gave me really choppy bangs
kcuts better for $10 lol
and they told us no nets accepted until we panicked and said we had to go to the atm to withdraw. then they "magically" whipped out the nets machine
so unprofessional
never going back
